Volcanoes, forts, good food and short runways greet Simon and Ann as they take a tour of the islands. Back on Nevis, domestic bliss is threatened by yet another miscommunication.  Meanwhile in England, Frank has done a little too much communicating, and finds himself in hospital.  Shirley's got a cuppa ready to tell you all about it.
